Rebecca Jarrell: Our New Client Concierge.
Please join all of us at Stanley-Wallace Law in welcoming Rebecca Jarrell to her job as our new client concierge! Rebecca will be replacing Lyndsey, who is moving to Japan with her husband. We’ll all miss Lyndsey, but Rebecca has been training with her side-by-side, and she is excited to hit the ground running for the best possible client experience. She has been training to take over this position for a while, so, she may already be a familiar face.
When you call our office, it’s likely Rebecca’s voice you will hear answering the phone. She’s here to help you with any concerns you have about your case, and can direct you to the solution to all your problems.
When you call for a consultation, Rebecca will probably ask you to answer a few questions to make sure you have the best experience possible when you get in to see an attorney. It’s her job to get as much complete information as she can, so our attorneys are able to best help you with your case, and to help both of you make the most out of your consultation.
Rebecca enjoys interacting with clients, and you will really enjoy your time with her. We are so excited to have her on board, and look forward to having her smiling face around the office for a long time to come!
